Sitepro Sponsors Business Competition

The competition is for entrepreneurs interested in opening a business in Downtown Eau Claire. It is open to any type of business, from high-tech to office services to gift shops. The grand prize is $5,000 start-up capital.
Sitepro Video produced an animated 30-second commercial for the Downtown Eau Claire initiative. The commercial invited individuals to compete in the contest to open a new business or relocate an existing business to Downtown Eau Claire. It was aired on local television stations.
Winners of the 2009 competition will be recognized at a ceremony on Thursday, August 6, 2009. Wisconsin Secretary of Commerce Richard Leinenkugel will deliver the keynote speech. For more information about the program, visit Downtown-EauClaire.com.
