Just Point and Twit with TwitPic!

Okay, I know that social media tools are flying at us faster than a teenager driving home with the latest version of "Halo", but this one's definitely worth taking a few moments to examine (and yes, this too is flying extremely
fast).
So, "Josh, what's the big to do?". Well, it's all over a social media tool called "TwitPic".
"What's TwitPic?" you might ask. It is a new, exciting extension of Twitter which allows you to basically post pictures as a "tweet". Fun, eh? It's quick and easy to use...not to mention extremely mobile-friendly. Oh, did I mention that TwitPic is a one man show (@noaheverett) and is ran out of his apartment? The project is completely funded by him, and hosting costs have been offset by advertising.
In short, there is no account to be set up, you simply use your normal Twitter account login information. Twitpic then allows you to post pictures of whatever it is that you are doing directly from your phone at breakneck-internet speed. So, if 140 characters is just not enough for you, begin posting your pictures to TwitPic because "a picture is worth a thousand words".
If you're looking to find out how people are using TwitPic, visit their site- http://twitpic.com ...it displays the photos that are being posted as well as their worldwide geographic location. Stay tuned too because I get the feeling that TwitPic will likely be expanding their offerings very soon.
