What is keyword research?
Keyword research refers to te practice of discovering the best keywords and phrases to target within the pages of your website. You want to find the keywords and phrases that your potential site visitor would type into the search box at one of the search engines to find your product or service.
This year at PubCon Bruce Clay of Bruce Clay, Inc. gave a talk in which he discussed the future of SEO and how it will be impacted by Google's behavior and intent based search algorithms in relationship to rankings. According to Bruce, this will become the most significant facotor affecting universal search come 2009.
