Throughout the build of your website, we use an online project management program that allows you to communicate with us and keep tabs on the progress of your project. You'll know your projected launch date from the very beginning.

Just before launch, we provide hands-on training so that you have a full understanding of how to maintain your dynamic website. If we are not able to meet in person, we have access to a program that allows us to connect to your computer, see what you see, and control your mouse and keyboard to make distance learning even easier!

post-launch
Sitepro will continue to be here to support you and your website after your site has launched. During business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), you will be able to communicate via phone or email with the very person who helped build your site. Sitepro also has a full-time tech support department to ensure that your question will be answered timely. During off-hours, if you have an immediate need, you may call 866-748-3776.
