A “site” is defined as one instance of facility level access to SitePro (eg: one rack room, one compressor station, one SWD, one lift station). Each site is assigned one package for monitoring, control, or configuration level access. In this case, you’ll want to choose the package that matches the highest level of access you would need for any particular device we’re connected to on that asset.
Your system is still fully customizable. At the monitor level, you can adjust basic set points to update equipment automation any time. If you need more advanced configuration, you can call SitePro for help at our standard engineering rate. You can also upgrade your package if and when you feel ready to make those engineered changes on your own.
Yes. Just like the packages, your modules are valid for only the sites you want. You could have cameras at one, ticketing on another, and reports for all of them.
