We have some pretty amazing employees here at SitePro, and that’s why we like to feature them in our series, Employee Spotlight! This series aims to highlight individuals who have gone above and beyond for our team, product, and customers. Without further ado, introducing our newest Employee Spotlight, Ryon Corley!

Ryon has been at SitePro for nearly seven years and is currently serving as Director of Applications Engineering. Some of his duties include setting the strategic plan for his team to align with business goals, overseeing the process of implementing SitePro solutions, and collaborating across departments to communicate customer requirements and their tangible outcomes.

Day-to-day, that might look like attending meetings with the sales teams to offer technical guidance, managing inside sales accounts, identifying customer wants and needs via site walks and providing necessary cost-effective bids and solutions, and championing new technologies.

Like many of the Employee Spotlights we’ve featured in the past, Ryon said his colleagues are one of his favorite parts about SitePro.

“The culture is really something to admire,” he said.

“Ryon has always been encouraging to me and has always been ready to help me when I have any questions,” said sales executive Tyler Lowry. “He is funny but I don’t tell him that because I don’t want to boost his ego too much.” (sorry Tyler)

“He’s not only willing to encourage his own team’s best work, but truly prioritizes being a team member and helping other departments to ensure the overall success of the entire company,” said Erin Fleet, SitePro’s Content Specialist.

“Ryon is someone I’ve had the privilege of knowing since high school, and I can personally speak to his character,” said SitePro Automation Manager Kenton Robles. “I’ll keep it simple, if it weren’t for Ryon, I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today at SitePro. A few years ago, he gave me an opportunity that allowed me to grow in my automation and electrical career, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.”

Ryon said he also loves the ability to solve real-world problems for customers and directly see work being translated into measurable success.

“He single handedly organized SitePro’s outreach to those affected by the tragic flooding last year in South Texas, and he has never shied away from going the extra mile for his coworkers or our clients,” said Kembra Howell, SitePro VP of Sales and Marketing.

He said his goals include optimizing the sales application engineering team and continuing growth between departments to drive customer success and ensure we’re proactively shaping solutions that meet evolving customer needs and drive long-term value.

Thank you, Ryon, for the hard work and time you dedicate to SitePro and our customers!
