We are expanding the SitePro partner ecosystem to bring more capable, connected solutions to customers in more places. That means working with hardware providers, software companies, and builders of AI agents, alongside the integrators and distributors who help customers put those technologies to work. Each brings expertise that can make the complete solution more valuable.
For the last two years, I have focused on rebuilding SitePro into an intelligent automation platform that other businesses can build around. Our API, developer portal, and evolving commercial model are part of that effort. We want partners to have a clear path to connect their products, develop integrations, and create offerings that help their customers operate better.
For customers, the result we are working toward is practical: more options for solving an operating problem, better connections between the tools they use, and access to people who know their equipment and their region. For partners, it is an opportunity to grow a business around those needs.
Bringing more expertise into the solution
Industrial operations bring together equipment, software, and people with very different responsibilities. A manufacturer knows how its equipment should perform. A software company understands a particular business workflow. An integrator knows how to make systems work together at a site. A distributor may have spent years earning the trust of the customers in a region.
We want to connect that expertise through SitePro. A customer should be able to benefit from a partner’s specialized knowledge while using a platform that connects operational data to the applications and services supporting the business. That gives partners room to contribute something distinctive and customers more ways to address their specific needs.
Hardware providers have an opportunity to extend the usefulness of their equipment through connected monitoring, operating information, and supported integrations. A pump, sensor, or control system can become part of a broader service offering when its information is available to the people and software that need it. We want to work with manufacturers to identify those opportunities and establish the right technical fit.
Software partners can build applications and integrations around SitePro data. That could include a maintenance workflow, an industry-specific dashboard, or a connection to a customer’s business systems. Our developer portal provides a starting point for exploring the API and understanding how to build against it.
Creating useful work for AI agents
AI creates another opportunity for partners to build valuable solutions. An agent becomes more useful to an operator when it can work with relevant equipment information and the customer’s actual operating context. That is why our platform direction includes agent access through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, alongside our APIs.
We see opportunities for partners to develop agents that help teams review operating information, investigate an exception, or prepare a maintenance recommendation. Those are examples of the work we want to enable as the platform and partner solutions develop. The value comes from helping a customer complete a useful task with information they can trust.
In industrial operations, that work also needs clear authority. Access to information and permission to change equipment state are separate responsibilities. We want partner solutions to preserve the customer’s control over both, with an understanding of what the software is allowed to do. That is part of building an ecosystem customers can depend on.
Extending our reach through local relationships
Software can connect a remote operation, but customers still need people who understand the work on the ground. Equipment must be selected and installed. Systems need to be commissioned. Operators need training, and someone needs to understand the site when a problem requires local attention.
Integrators and distributors are central to that experience. Their regional presence and customer relationships can bring SitePro into markets where we do not yet have a local footprint. We want to grow alongside businesses that already understand those customers and have the capacity to support them.
For an integrator, the opportunity is to combine SitePro with system design, implementation, and ongoing services. For a distributor, it may be adding connected capabilities to an equipment portfolio and developing a longer relationship with the customer after the initial sale. The right arrangement will depend on the partner’s business and the responsibilities each party takes on.
As that network expands, customers can gain access to a broader range of solutions supported by people closer to their operations. Partners can pursue additional opportunities in the markets they know, while SitePro reaches customers through relationships built on local knowledge and trust.
Making it easier to do business together
We are investing in the experience around the partnership as well as the technology. The developer portal helps a builder understand what is possible. Our next phase of partner enablement is designed to help turn that possibility into a customer proposal and a working deployment.
The first phase of our channel partner portal is focused on bringing together bid-building capabilities, current pricing, cobranded marketing materials, and promotional information, with a clear connection to the SitePro team. We want partners to have the resources to explain an offering, scope an opportunity, and move forward with confidence.
We are also working toward a more straightforward path for prospective partners to discover SitePro, apply, complete the appropriate agreements, and get started. Clear responsibilities and commercial terms help both sides invest in the relationship. Future portal capabilities are intended to give partners more control over managing their white-label options as those offerings develop.
Our usage-based commercial direction supports this broader approach. As a customer adds sites, integrations, or supported workflows, the platform relationship can grow with the work being performed. We want partners to be able to build a business around that expansion, with pricing and operating assumptions their customers can understand.
What shared growth can look like
Consider a regional equipment provider helping a customer modernize a group of pumping sites. A hardware partner supplies the equipment. An integrator connects the supported systems and commissions the deployment. A software partner uses permitted operating data to support a maintenance workflow. As agent capabilities develop, another partner might help the customer review performance and prepare recommendations for its team.
That is an example of the kind of collaboration we want to make easier. The customer receives a solution assembled around the work it needs to accomplish. Each partner contributes expertise and has an opportunity to earn from the value it delivers. SitePro grows as the platform becomes useful across more of the customer’s operation.
I want businesses to look at SitePro and see room for their own ideas, products, and customer relationships. If you build hardware, develop software or AI solutions, integrate industrial systems, or serve customers through distribution and field services, we would like to understand what we could build together.
